Bro, after watching Dhurandhar that just released today, only one thing is running in my mind: this film is the perfect closure to 2025! Aditya Dhar (the man who gave us Uri) has transformed Ranveer Singh into a raw, emotional spy who sets the screen on fire. The trailer already had insane hype, but the actual movie is a high-octane rollercoaster ride: a mind-blowing mix of action, betrayal, patriotism, and emotions that won’t let you move from your seat.
Story (No Spoilers):
The film is inspired by real-life events and is set against the backdrop of the underworld and Indian patriotism. Ranveer plays a fearless agent who infiltrates the enemy and uncovers secrets. There are Shakespearean betrayals, intense escape sequences, and twists that will make you go “WOW!” The story is long (3.5 hours!), but there’s not a single boring moment: tension stays sky-high in every scene. There’s an India-Pakistan angle, but it never feels clichéd; instead, it feels even more relatable.
Performances:
Ranveer Singh: What can I say: this is his career-best performance. Emotional grit, explosive energy in action: everything is top-notch. In one scene he’s so raw that you’ll get goosebumps (or tears), and in the next he turns into a full-on action hero. A treat for fans!
Sara Arjun: Strong as the female lead, brings real emotional depth. Her chemistry with Ranveer is fantastic.
Supporting Cast: Arjun Rampal and R. Madhavan are killer in villain/mentor roles. Sanjay Dutt’s cameo is just… wow! Akshaye Khanna steals every scene he’s in. Overall, the cast is so solid that every role feels loaded with star power.

Technical Aspects:
Action Sequences: Mind-blowing! Shot in Ladakh, Mumbai, and Thailand on a grand scale. World-class choreography: no over-the-top CGI, just real stunts.
Music: Shashwat Sachdev’s score is phenomenal. The title track “Dhurandhar” and songs like “Ishq Jalaakar” make the film even more powerful. The rap segment (Hanumankind) will hook the younger audience.
Cinematography: Dark, gritty vibes: the underworld feels completely real.
What’s Good? What’s Not?
Pros :Patriotic vibe that never feels overdone; it actually inspires.Emotional depth + high-adrenaline action = blockbuster package. Despite the length, pacing is tight: totally worth it in theaters!
Cons: Runtime is a bit long: if you just want a quick popcorn flick, it might feel slightly stretched. A few twists are somewhat predictable, but they don’t reduce the overall impact.

Box Office Prediction:
Expected to cross 20 crore+ on opening day. This is the biggest release of 2025, and from first-day-first-show reactions, it looks like word-of-mouth will easily push it into the 100-crore club. Fans on X are going crazy: “powerful, action-packed, theatrical” comments everywhere. If you love action thrillers, don’t miss this: run to the theater, grab your popcorn, and feel Ranveer’s energy!
